Ich finde die Idee spannend. Ich überlege mir gerade, ob das eine Pauschale ist, oder ein Prozentsatz. Sehr gute Steuerzahler könnten dann sehr viel mehr individuell entscheiden (und beeinflussen) als eine arme Person, was gegen die Idee, alle Stimmen zählen gleich viel wäre.
