Der Bund ermittelt den jährlichen wirtschaftlichen Schaden durch den durch Social Media bewirkten Verlust von Aufmerksamkeit (und den Folgen) - z.B. am Arbeitsplatz, in Schulen, im Verkehr. Anhand der Schadenshöhe wir über SoMo-Steuersätze und Verbote entschieden.
