It is a free market, and if that is to be banned, alcohol and nicotine must also be banned. If one goes this way completely and comprehensively, I am ready to give my consent; until then I am against it.

Alcohol and nicotine are already heavily regulated and this has been somewhat successful: age restrictions from 18 years, advertising is largely prohibited, warning notices on tobacco packaging and more.
I see the problem here with how this is defined. What exactly is “Addictive Design” or what are “Dark Patterns”? Advertising, by definition, aims to influence behavior; the boundary to “manipulative” is therefore not trivial to draw, and a ban without a sharp definition either falls short or is too much.
I would therefore follow the same approach as with tobacco and alcohol: an age restriction. Whoever has become as healthy and educated as possible and is of legal age can choose or avoid his vices accordingly.
