Es gibt Arbeitsstellen,welche mit weniger Jobs effizient erledigt werden koennten.Der Kanton muess eine Personalfuehrung für alle Gemeinden vorgeben und ab und zu pruefen.Ein Leihe als Chef,Gemeindepraesident,ist nicht haltbar.Da kann der Direktunterstellte machen,was er will.
